The US-based enterprise Waymo has revealed that its self-driving taxis will be operational for booking on London's thoroughfares beginning next year.

The UK capital will be established as the first European city to launch an driverless taxi service, akin to those already in use in San Francisco and several American cities employing Waymo's advanced technology.
