Football Star Aaron Ramsey Increases Incentive for Missing Pet in Mexico to $$20k
Wales football star Ramsey has boosted the bounty for details concerning his vanished canine named Halo to $twenty thousand dollars.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff player, who now represents the Mexican club Pumas in Mexico City, mentioned that Halo was observed in a Mexican town, located in the Guanajuato area.
Halo, who disappeared on 9 October, was wearing a GPS collar, and Ramsey shared a map pinpoint of where she was last seen.
"Any news concerning our Halo please get in touch with us. Significant bounty for locating her. We are all hoping she's ok and can be back with us soon," the athlete shared on social media.
Earlier Reward and Heartfelt Appeals
The footballer first revealed that Halo had gone missing two weeks ago and has since shared multiple images of the cherished canine on Instagram.
A seven thousand five hundred pound reward was initially announced, but with absence of information on the dog's location after a week, the player and his family increased the amount.
"Our only wish is our pet returned," he stated in a further appeal on social media after the elderly dog disappeared.
A recent photograph upload is a black and white snapshot of Halo sleeping, its head resting in the bend of the athlete's arm, with the caption: "What I'd do to cuddle you one last time Halo."
Household's Anxieties and Context
Ramsey has also shared a note from his spouse Mrs. Ramsey on online channels mentioning they have several "important concerns" regarding the disappearance and are concerned the household "could possibly not obtain explanations".
"To this day we have not located our dog. I don't think we will," the spouse's post read.
The Wales skipper signed with Mexico's premier club Pumas UNAM in recent months and had his debut in Liga MX in August.
The Caerphilly-born athlete is the first high profile UK player to compete in the Mexico's top division.
